  4. Después lavamos bien nuestra col y la metemos al micro de 7 a 10 min. el chiste es que quede blanda para retirar las hojas sin que se rompan. Quitarlas con cuidado. (No te vayas a quemar 😊) y removemos la parte dura de la hoja. (Como lo nuestro en la imagen)
  5. Ya que deshojaste la col, comencemos a rellenar nuestros Rollitos. (Te dejo el ejemplo en la imagen). Los rollitos deben estar bien cerrados para que no se abra en el caldo. Reservamos.
  6. Tomamos de nuevo nuestro caldo de pollo y le agregamos 1 cucharada de Knorr Suiza (caldo de pollo en polvo), sal, 1 ajo, 2 hojas de laurel (opcional) al gusto. Colocamos nuestros rollitos en el caldo, tapamos la olla y los dejamos cocinar 10 min a fuego medio bajo. Apagamos y servimos. Decoramos con cilantro.
