- Una vez que reduzca el Jerez, agregar las papas y agua suficiente a que cubra bien la carne.
- Ya que hierva el agua, tapar la olla. Dejar que la carne se cueza por unos 55 minutos, dependiendo de la olla. Y listo, buen provecho. Se puede acompañar de germinado de soya, una ensalada de espinacas o así solito.
